India will be quite happy to post a total of 301/7 in their 50 overs after the early loss of two wickets. Tendulkar(43) and Kohli(54) then ensured India did not lose any more wickets and brought some stability with their 62-run stand. But it was Raina(68) and Dhoni(107) who stitched in a brilliant 126-run stand which changed the complexion of the game. Skipper Dhoni went on to score his 6th ODI hundred which couldn't have come at a better time. Debutant spinner Randiv was the pick of the bowlers for the visitors with figures of 3 for 51 from his 10 overs.
Indian cricketer Gautam Gambir (C) collides with Chanaka Welegedara (R) as he is run out during the second ODI (One day International) cricket match against Sri Lanka at The Vidarbha Cricket Association (VCA) Ground in Nagpur on December 18, 2009.
