Citizens told to carry ID proof

Curfew passes would be issued at the offices of all deputy commissioners of police, the office of the Special Branch at Purani Haveli, the main police control room opposite the Public Gardens, and at the offices of the assistant commissioner of police, in Abids, Goshamahal and Asifnagar.
The curfew passes would be issued between 8 am and 10 am; and between 4 pm and 7 pm.
People who want curfew passes should either be resident or should be working in the areas falling under the following police station limits: Afzal Gunj police station (East Zone); Begumbazaar police station (Central Zone); Habeebnagar police station (West Zone); Shahiniyath Gunj police station (West Zone); Tappachabura police station (West Zone); Asifnagar police station (West Zone); Manghalhat police station (West Zone); Kulsumpur police station (West Zone).
People seeking curfew cards should also possess valid identity cards or residential proof and display the same whenever asked by the police.
Every organisation and service centre should forward a formal letter with the names and designation of their employees to whom curfew passes should be issued.
