Centre honours AP with top Padmas

The Apollo Hospitals Group chairman, Mr Prathap C. Reddy, and the former RBI Governor Mr Y. Venugopal Reddy, both from Andhra Pradesh, were awarded the Padma Vibhushan, the nation’s second highest civilian honour, on Monday.
