Bipasha’s film has a run in with the Censor Board

Sanjay Gupta, is all set to venture into the art cinema genre with his film, The Great Indian Butterfly, starring Maradona and Bipasha Basu. But he has gotten into trouble with the Censor Board. The Board had issues with the film’s promo and the word ‘sex’ had to be deleted.

“Sanjay Gupta is upset as the dialogue promo between Sandhya Mrudul and Aamir Bashir had to be edited. The Censor Board objected to the use of the word ‘sex’ by Sandhya and the production house had to beep the sound in the promos. What has Sanjay fuming is the fact that Ekta Kapoor’s Love Sex Aur Dhokha too has the word ‘sex’ in the title, but the film’s promos are being aired on television without any sound edits,” said a source.
