Satyam case on June 9

The Special Court trying the Satyam case, on Monday, posted the hearing of the Central Bureau of Investigation’s petition for examining of the prime accused, Mr B. Ramalinga Raju, through video-conferencing, to June 9, when all cases pertaining to the Satyam scam will be heard.

Mr Raju is undergoing treatment at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) in Hyderabad. He has not been attending court proceedings since September 2009.

The NIMS authorities failed to file the latest health report on Mr Raju as directed by the court on June 4. NIMS officials told the court that could not prepare the report in time.

The Government Examiner For Questioned Documents submitted its report on the signatures of the scam accused.
