Fire mishaps at two places in city

Minor fire mishaps occurred at two different places in the city on Wednesday. In the first accident, fire broke out on the first floor of a commercial complex at Somajiguda here, housing Max Private Limited. Computers and furniture were gutted, but no one was injured in the fire. Four fire tenders doused the flames within 30 minutes. Short circuit reportedly caused the fire. In the second fire accident at Amberpet, a heap of dry grass caught fire, which spread to dry wood lying nearby. However, the locals doused the flames.
