Ajay-Kajol to star in a 3D toon flick

The success of Avatar has inspired filmmakers to try their hand at 3D animation. The latest word doing the rounds is that Ajay Devgn is all set to make a film called Toonpur Ka Superhero, which stars himself and wifey Kajol, in 3D.

“Devgn strongly felt that the concept was such that it would be apt to release in 3D. The film has shaped up very well. The animation in the film is brilliant and is on par with Hollywood standards. In fact, all those involved with the film felt that it should be converted into 3D Moreover, the kids will enjoy it thoroughly. It is keeping all these points in mind that Ajay decided to convert Toonpur Ka Superhero to 3D,” said our source.
