IPL teaches Preity life lessons

Preity Zinta’s Indian Premier League team Kings XI Punjab has not been performing well in the third edition of the game, but Preity says she has learnt to accept failures with a smile.
“This year is special! I have learnt more about myself than ever in the past. I learnt to accept failure with a smile and (with) my head held high,” the pretty actress recently tweeted.
With an improvement in her team’s performance, Preity has a reason to rejoice. But she isn’t forgetting her recent lessons either. “I learnt who my real friends were and to stand alone and hold my ground. I learnt to keep the faith and I learnt the importance of silence. Also, I learnt that the fastest way to forget all your problems in the world was to wear a pair of tight shoes,” Preity says in her tweet.
In the meantime, the actress is planning a long holiday after the IPL matches are over and hopes to return completely refreshed. “Will take a long break and then come back recharged to work on my movies,” she tweets. Well, here’s wishing Preity and her team all the luck they need.
