PR keen to win in T region again

The Praja Rajyam is keen to revive the party in Telangana region as it did not want to confine its activities only to Andhra and Rayalaseema regions.

“We are virtually searching for leaders who can lead the party in Telangana region. However, there is not much response,” said a senior PR leader.

“We will have to face major challenge in municipal and panchayat raj elections. It is not so easy to defeat the Congress and the TD which are very strong in Andhra and Rayalaseema regions. We are trying to rebuild the party across the state to emerge as an alternate force to the other major parties in the state,” said another leader.
